We ingest the metadata of the S1-IW_SLCs as the acquisition-S1-IW_SLC. This allows us to assess coverage and pairing enumerations without downloading any IW_SLC scenes.

If ESA updates SLCs, it will be reflected with a new acquisition-S1-IW_SLC.
