Introduction:

This is a guide to set up a S1-GCOV pipeline in preconfigured HySDS/ARIA system. This tool enables the user to request for geocoded covariance matrix products on-demand.

ISCE2 is leveraged for topo layers, e.g., incidence angles and projection.

Polarimetric Interferometric Lab and Analysis Tool (PLAnT https://gitlab.com/plant/plant) is used to generate geocoded covariance matrix products.
